Medication Technician
The Medication Technician will assist our residents daily, ensuring their medication plan is appropriately executed while facilitating a positive physical, social, emotional and spiritual environment for residents.
Required Qualifications
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Have at least one year of experience in a nursing facility, hospital, assisted living community or personal care home
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification (Required)
- Medication Administration: 1 year (Preferred)
- Effectively read, write, speak and understand English
- Be committed to and passionate about serving customers
- Have patience, tact, enthusiasm and positive attitude towards older adults and their families
- Possess the ability to effectively and professionally engage, interact and collaborate with residents, residents’ families, associates, etc.
- Have the ability, availability and willingness to work weekends and holidays as business needs/schedule dictates
- Be able to perform the physical functions of the role which include frequently support up to 50 pounds, occasionally lift/carry up to 30 pounds, frequently kneel, bend, and reach. Be willing to take, and able to pass, a drug screen, TB test and a physical
- Be willing to consent to, and able to pass, a criminal background check

Resident Care Partner
The Resident Care Partner is responsible for resident care and support and to facilitate a positive physical, social, emotional and spiritual environment for residents.
Required Qualifications
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Have at least one year of experience providing direct personal care services in a nursing facility, hospital, assisted living community or personal care home
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification preferred Effectively read, write, speak and understand English
- Be committed to and passionate about serving customers
- Have patience, tact, enthusiasm and positive attitude towards older adults and their families

Housekeeper
The Housekeeper will perform any combination of light cleaning duties. Duties include: cleaning rooms, bathrooms, halls and vacuuming.
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Must be able to read and write in English
- Required to lift, carry, walk, sit, push, pull and work a flexible schedule
- Must be able to move continuously during work hours and lift and/or carry 50 to 75 pounds

Assistant Chef
As the Assistant Chef, you will be responsible for assisting with the dining services
Required qualifications
- Experience with food preparation including cooking and plating meals
- The ability to carry out tasks quickly and competently
- Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds unassisted
- ServSafe Food Handlers Certificate (obtain within 90 days of employment)
- The ability to work a full shift, come to work on time, and work overtime as needed
- The ability to work according to the necessary schedule to meet job requirements with or without reasonable accommodation
